UPGRADE POLICY
Pocketfleet will provide
to registered users a free upgrade key
for a period of 12 months from the date
of purchase. After the one year
has expired, you will be required to
purchase the upgrade at the special
upgrade price for that product.
DISTRIBUTOR REFUNDS
Pocketfleet does not
provide refunds for purchases made
through a distributor such as Handango
or PocketGear... Refunds are subject to
the policies of the distributor where
purchased. If a refund is issued,
you are obligated by law to remove the
software from your system(s). Your
entitlement to support will also expire.
BUY DIRECT REFUNDS
Pocketfleet provides the
added opportunity to try the software
for 30 days before purchasing. For
this reason, All sales are final and
refunds will not be issued once a key
has been provided. Please take
full advantage of the free trials to
ensure the software is suited to your
needs.
SUPPORT
Pocketfleet will assist
users with any issues that arise with
the software. We will modify code, take
you through a correction process
step-by-step or provide corrected keys,
what ever is reasonably necessary to assist the
customer. All support must be in
English, sending support questions in
any other language may result in no
reply.
TERMINATION OF SUPPORT
Pocketfleet will
terminate support if a user becomes
unreasonable or fails to cooperate with
the support staff. Becoming
aggressive, insulting or using profanity
will cause an immediate stop to support
without notice and no refunds will be
issued. Pocketfleet will work with
the customer to achieve satisfaction by
any means reasonable.
