software. For Auto 3in1 Desktop users, please include the
following log files
C:\Auto3in1.log and C:\Auto3in1.archive
also be aware that firewalls can cause sync problems, Active sync
uses TCP protocols just like the internet to synchronize data.
Firewalls block this traffic. If this happens, you will need
to go into the firewall software settings and allow Active Sync to
have access to the Pocket PC.
The following firewall programs have been known to
cause problems.
- Sygate Personal Firewall
- TrendMicro PC-Cillin Internet Security
- Norton personal Firewall
- Zone Alarm security suite
- McAfee personal firewall
- Windows XP firewall
