1) Your Key may be version specific. If you installed 3.1.0 and have a key for 3.2.1, it may fail saying the key is not valid. You need to make sure the version you installed matches the key. If you are unsure, please send a message to pfSupport@rogers.com with the version number of the Pocket PC edition and the correct key or latest file will be sent to you in accordance to the upgrade policy found at the bottom of this page.

2) Also note that the key for the Pocket PC only edition key will not register the Desktop edition or the Pocket PC edition that comes with the desktop edition, they are a matched set. The Pocket PC ONLY editions have "PPC" after the version and the desktop installed editions have "MOBILE" after the version.
Example:
Auto 3in1 3.1.8 PPC or Auto 3in1 3.1.8 MOBILE
if you have a key for the Desktop and Pocket PC editions and decided to only install the Pocket PC edition that you downloaded earlier, the key may also fail for this same reason. Pocketfleet Support will be happy to reissue you a proper key for the version you purchased. Please tell us what version you are installing and the Owner Name.
3) The key is based on the Owner Information Name as well, when you purchased the software, you would have been asked to supply an Owner Name or Pocket PC ID. This is the name in your settings under Owner Information, not the Device ID Name such as WM_John. Be sure to send the exact owner information name, "J. Smith" is different than "J.Smith" because of the space between the J. and Smith, also "J. SMITH" is different than "J. Smith" because one is all caps. In these cases the keys are all different because of these small differences in the name.
4) The name is shown in fig. 1 under Owner ID and can not be changed within Auto 3in1. To enter or change the Owner Information Name select Start>Settings>Owner Information then enter your name as shown in fig 2.

fig 2.
5) Other causes: Quite often when people upgrade the device or perform a hard reset, they want to get right into reloading the programs and forget to properly setup the new device. You need to ensure that the owner name is set and it is the exact same name that you had in the old device.
If you are getting an error 069, please contact support.
Open the desktop edition, select Setup, select the REGISTRATIONS tab, enter your Owner Information Name exactly as it appears on the Pocket PC then enter the key in the box provided.

If the key keeps changing and the program fails to register, follow these steps
