This version allows one desktop edition to synchronize with many pocket PC editions, each Pocket PC edition has one or more vehicles set up and the desktop has all vehicles set up. The data from one pocket PC is not sent to another Pocket PC so privacy is protected between Pocket PCs. The desktop can review, modify, or print reports on all of the data from all Pocket PCs.

This is ideal for the small fleet where one Desktop Version can be used to track trips and fuel economy from all of the company vehicles. One Pocket PC would be assigned to one employee and that employee would synchronize the Pocket PC at the end of each day or week. The variations of use are unlimited...

"A great combination to have both a desktop and mobile app. It is a great help to have both locations that data can be entered and synced between for backup. Setup was very simple and easy, minus having to turn on the sync between desktop and mobile databases. It would also be a welcome addition to possibly scan in service invoices or receipts for those that lease, and have those images available on both desktop and mobile."

"I also purchased the combined version of Auto 3in1 in June of '06, after comparing the trial versions of other competing products. Auto 3in1 is by far the most intuitive, comprehensive and easiest to use program of this type available. If you decide to purchase, definitely buy the combo package. The Desktop version has even more statistics available than the PPC version. A wealth of information for tracking expenses, gas mileage, maintenance and spotting trends that could avoid costly repairs. I like this program so much, that I purchased the upgrade in mid-November. However, when trying to install the upgrade I ran into considerable problems that were no fault of Auto 3in1. My system was having problems associated with Windows Installer. Don worked with me tirelessly to get the installation of Auto 3in1 to complete, with much success. Even after his program was installed, Don continued to provide assistance to resolve the problems with my system! That level of concern and support is absolutely unheard of! Don has earned each and every one of the Five Stars and he has also earned a loyal and extremely happy customer! Thank you, Don!"

"I've been using this program since June and really like it. When installing the recent update I ran into some significant problems (which I likely caused). I was incredibly impressed with the technical support. It was fast, courteous and, most importantly, solved the problem. They took great interest in helping me. If you are looking for a program of this type, you can't do better. Also, the package that includes the desktop is well worth the extra cost."

Like it says, it''s 3 in 1! 1 - Fuel usage (mpg, cost of usage, etc.) 2 - Repairs ( oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance) and 3 - Trips (Business or Personal). Synchs great between the Pocket PC and the Desktop. You can backup the Pocket PC to a SD Card, and the Desktop to a folder. The support you get from Don and his staff is second to none!"

Setting up the sync to my Pocket PC took a couple of steps but works well and I like the ability to backup my Pocket PC data to the desktop right from within the program. The printed reports are excellent and I love the import / export flexibility this app has. It looks great too. Well worth the pricetag!"
