Upgrade policy

Upgrades are free for 12 months, Any changes to the primary version requires a new key, if you qualify for a free upgrade, email pfsupport@rogers.com for a new key, please include your transaction number and the title of the software for verification.

Service Packs are always free provided your primary version matches the product you purchased. for example, if you have version 1.1.0.0 any service packs starting with 1.1 are free for you and your key will work for this updated version IE: 1.1.3.566

Feature changes are indicated by a change in the Primary version and may be subject to an upgrade charge after the first 12 months IE: to go from 1.1.3.566 to 1.2.1.0 is considered a feature change and not a fix even if this new version addresses some previous issues as well as added features.
